Agreement

These terms apply to Ocean Wolf Media websites and products, including DogWalkr, PetDrivr, and future products. By accessing a site, creating an account, starting a trial, or using a product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown during signup, checkout, onboarding, or inside the product.

Products And Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping login credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You may not use our products to break the law, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive messages, interfere with the service, or misuse customer, pet owner, operator, or billing data.

Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing

Some products may include paid subscriptions, free trials, promotional access, or usage-based features. Checkout pages or product screens will show the current price, trial length, renewal cadence, and cancellation path. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel according to the cancellation flow provided in the product or by contacting support. Unless a product-specific refund policy says otherwise, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

Our sites and products may depend on third-party services including Stripe, Google, Meta, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, analytics providers, advertising networks, maps, email, hosting, and other infrastructure vendors. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Ocean Wolf Media owns or licenses the websites, product designs, software, text, graphics, branding, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to provide reliable products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, business outcomes, ad results, search rankings, revenue, customer acquisition, or suitability for every use case.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ocean Wolf Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
